Plants and Fish must be shipped by Fed-Ex
overnight to ensure they will arrive alive and in good condition. This
shipping will be higher than the estimated shipping cost on your order
form.
diamondponds.com will charge you only
the amount we have to pay to ship these items to you plus any special
packaging costs (see below). This charge is generally $35.00 per box.
This is what Fed-Ex charges us so this is what we must charge you.
Fish are shipped in Styrofoam boxes and
you are charged for the box separate from shipping as indicated below.
Box charge....10.00 ea. (Styrofoam)
Ice Packs (if needed)...1.50 ea.
This box charge does not include the shipping costs.

many fish of this size we can safely ship in one box. The box charge and
shipping costs are the same for one fish or the maximum amount of fish per box.
